I love to have Tessan at home as she is really good in helping me preparing dinner most of her carefree days. One day she would cook chicken breast fillet wrapped with prosciutto di Parma, served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The next day, she was inspired of trying to make wonton-soup for the first time! And believe me, it was yummy!! I was impressed with so much pottering-works like tucking with a baking roller for every wonton-wrapper and yet she was actually in to it!
I am beaming with prides to see my two daughters being a copy of me and Olle. Even in just a few manners. I must admit, no one is more prouder than me each time I see them flourishing and being vigorous!
Emmy is not bad either when it comes to culinary ability! She could create the most delicious sushi without any difficulty. So much of these topics now, I'm getting hungry and I'll see what Tessan can bring-up for todays menu... or else I still have my own home-made lumpia (with home-grown mongo bean-sprouts) in the freezer, how about that???
Tessans superb wonton-soup!
Emmy's maki and nigiri sushi
An excellent compound by Emmy!
And my famous "Braso de Mercedes" dessert!
